The Czech Republic’s national airline Czech Airlines offer flights from a number of British airports including Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh all travelling to Brno, Karlovy, Ostrava and Prague. Flights start at around £69 one way. There are countless other operators offering services to the country, including (but not limited to) British Airways, Aeroflot, Easyjet, Finnair, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Ryanair, Swiss and SAS. Flights from London to Prague take approximately four hours and ten minutes, and Prague’s international airport offers everything that would be expected including shuttle bus and taxi services into the city – some operating 24 hours a day. Also offered is car hire, restaurants, bars, shops and a bureau de change. The same kind of facilities are to be expected at the Czech Republic’s other international airports.
